Financial Service Appointment Scheduler Requirements • You are passionate about customers/clients and are not easily deterred by rejection. • You can work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and organization skills are required. • You have an understanding of Financial Services and Investments • You are a team player who is self- motivated, has a sense of urgency, and looks for process improvement. • You are able to make a large amount of outbound calls (45/hr) • You have strong interpersonal, and communication skills. Financial Service Appointment Scheduler Description • You will be scheduling prospects for appointments with our client's Financial Advisors. • Utilize the lead generating systems to make 45 outbound calls per hour. • Explain the investment products and services to potential customers. • You will receive training on all systems, scripts and specifics of the products and services.
