As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and properly organized. Your meticulous attention to detail will be vital in preventing errors, while your typing skills will ensure quick and efficient data entry. Responsibilities • Enter and update data in the company database with a high level of accuracy. • Verify data for completeness and correctness before submitting it to relevant departments. • Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval. • Assist with data cleaning and preparation for reporting as needed. • Follow established data entry protocols and workflows to ensure consistency. • Work collaboratively with other team members to support data-related projects. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. • Basic computer skills with proficiency in typing (minimum of 40 WPM). • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks. • Good organizational skills to manage multiple data sets effectively. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment. • Prior experience in data entry or office administration is a plus but not required. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
