Job Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Clinician to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver essential outpatient counseling services, encompassing both individual and group therapy. You will have the opportunity to engage with our progressive clinical programs, including the Drug Treatment Court, Impaired Driver Program, and Medication-Assisted... Treatment (MAT) program. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments and craft personalized treatment plans for clients. • Lead individual and group counseling sessions aimed at fostering healing and personal growth. • Maintain precise medical records while adhering to confidentiality protocols in all documentation. • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience in mental health and addiction counseling is imperative. • Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. • Strong understanding of medical documentation and record-keeping practices. • Capable of providing clinical counseling to clients with a wide range of needs.
