Responsibilities • Moderate and review user-generated content in French to ensure compliance with community standards. • Promptly identify and address inappropriate content and user behavior. • Create comprehensive reports on moderation efforts for internal review and strategy enhancement. • Offer thoughtful feedback to users to promote positive and respectful interactions. • Work alongside the social media team to develop and implement moderation policies. • Stay updated with trends and best practices within the industry to continuously improve moderation techniques. • Help translate user feedback and moderation guidelines to ensure clarity for French-speaking users. • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community guidelines. • Outstanding communication skills with the capability to provide constructive feedback. • Detail-oriented and skilled in analyzing user behavior trends. • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
