Job Description This is a part-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. Our company's work is primarily UI/UX design so we're looking for support on complementary branding and graphic design work that we do. Your work will involve three main areas: 1. Visual Identity Design & Maintenance: • You’ll help define and maintain visual identities that inspire and elevate our digital product work. This will include everything from brand exploration and developing visual guidelines to designing final collateral such as logos, typography, color schemes, and other brand assets. 2. Presentation Design: • You’ll design and create visually engaging slide decks for both internal and client-facing purposes. Your work will help us communicate ideas, present our work professionally, and tell compelling visual stories that resonate with our clients and stakeholders. 3. Print Design: • Occasionally, you’ll also work on print design needs such as banners, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials that support our brand’s communication needs. This job is ideal for experienced designers. We're looking for someone proactive, independent, and can handle the needed material on his own. It is more suitable for candidates with current or previous agency experience. About xmth: We're a UX/UI design agency based in Cairo. We blend creative craftsmanship with deep user research to create standout digital experiences. Our diverse, remote team has been working with SaaS products in Education, Healthcare, and Accounting for the past year. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and global reach. Job Requirements • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, presentation, and print design work. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members remotely. • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment. • A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
