Summary As a Remote Inbound and Outbound Call Center Agent for a Medical Campaign, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in English, customer service, and sales to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your premium skills in negotiation and telemarketing will be essential in handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively. With relevant skills in outbound... warm calling of inquiries, you will contribute to our business development efforts. Proficiency in CRM software and strong communication skills will enable you to excel in this role, supporting our call center operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries, medical intake forms and provide accurate information. • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and schedule appointments. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Medical call center experience, extensive knowledge in diabetes and weight loss is a plus. • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Sales Experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
