We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Verification Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various platforms within our organization. Your primary duties will involve reviewing and validating data entries, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues in a timely manner. This position is crucial as it supports the overall mission of our company to provide high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities • Reviewing and verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness. • Identifying and correcting data discrepancies and errors. • Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues. • Maintaining organized records of verified data and discrepancies. • Conducting regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company standards. • Assisting in the development of data verification processes and procedures. • Generating reports on data quality and verification activities. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management preferred. • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
