Success means combining sophisticated data analysis with hands-on student interaction to create a learning ecosystem that consistently produces exceptional AP scores and MAP assessment growth. Basic Requirements • Advanced degree (Master's+) in Education Science, Learning Science, Psychology, or related field • Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors • Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions in educational contexts • Expertise in designing AI-powered systems for learning applications • Deep knowledge of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies • Excellence in translating complex concepts for varied audiences • Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership About 2 Hour Learning 2hr Learning is powered by AI technology that enables schools to provide personalized, mastery learning to students, enabling them to learn faster than standard school, thereby freeing up the rest of the school day to pursue their passions and interests. Working with Crossover This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
