Your efficiency, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to our success. Responsibilities Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and delivering exceptional customer service. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update databases and client information. Support the team in organizing and executing events and meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Assist with special projects and assignments as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Professional and friendly demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
