What our Customer Care Associates do daily: • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery. • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary. • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business. How you’ll be rewarded as a Customer Care Advocate: • Fun work environment with opportunity for career advancement • Friendly and creative Recognition and Reward programs What you’ll need to be a successful Customer Care Associate: • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call. • Availability to work a variety of work shifts • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
