Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Reps. Join our team as a Medical Benefits Representative! We're seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to assist patients, inquiries, and basic medical benefits support. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned) Equipment Provided and shipped directly. Start Date: November 2024 MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX Key Responsibilities: • Perform outbound to the providers, insurance companies, patients regarding medical benefits. • Provide accurate information on medical services and procedures. • Verify patient information and insurance details. • Maintain confidential patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines. • Assist with follow-up communications and reminders. Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required). • Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage but not required. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. • Adhere to all required KPI's. • High Speed internet with modem access For immediate consideration please email an up-to-date resume to [email protected] and mention ($17/Hr.
