Position Description We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled accountant to join our Finance team and contribute to the growth of our company. If you have a background in Accounting, knowledge of GAAP, and experience in financial statement and budget preparation, we invite you to explore this unique role with us... As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments, engaging in diverse tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, financial statement preparation, and budgeting. Major Duties And Responsibilities • Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports, comparing budget versus actual performance. • Assist the CFO in forecasting, monthly outlooks, and other forward-looking reports. • Reconcile monthly cash, credit card, and sales ledgers. • Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), asset management, and other duties as required. Qualifications And Competencies • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus). • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; familiarity with e-commerce business and sales tax compliance is advantageous. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Eligibility to work in the United States and successful completion of a background check.
