Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from customers and book jobs. • Answer general questions about products or policies. • Provide information on products/services or policies. • Explain the details of policies to customers. • Speak clearly and precisely on the phone. • Listen to customers' needs and provide the appropriate solution. • Be able output large quantities of information. • Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints. We are looking for experienced or non-experienced dispatch/customer service presententive and we offer paid training!
