Job Overview In this role, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds. Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to set your own schedule while ensuring compliance with Au Pair program regulations. Key Responsibilities • Provide essential information and support to families throughout the matching process. • Clarify regulations, policies, and procedures to both Host Families and Au Pairs. • Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program requirements. • Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs. • Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through monthly calls and in-person meetings. • Organize and host cultural events for Au Pairs. • Collaborate with headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs. • Build personal connections with families and Au Pairs. • Implement marketing initiatives in line with headquarters strategies. • Manage crisis situations with professionalism and resolve conflicts efficiently. Ongoing training and mentorship are provided to foster your professional development. Compensation And Benefits Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families in your service area. For instance, supporting 6 families typically requires around 1.4 hours per week, yielding an estimated annual income of up to (4,500. As you grow your cluster to 11 families, your weekly hours may increase to around 3.0, equating to an estimated annual income of )9,300. As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for the deliverables of the previous month. The approximate hourly rate is around $60, subject to adjustments based on client circumstances throughout the year.
