Inside Sales Representative - Must live in IL Reap the financial rewards of BAO’s uncapped commission structure while supporting high tech’s most important companies, like SAP, IBM, Amazon, Salesforce and Dropbox. This highly visible inside sales position will be responsible for generating qualified meetings for our clients’ sales teams by diligently prospecting into targeted accounts. Compensation for this role consists of a base salary plus uncapped commission. In addition, new inside sales reps will be paid a non-recoverable draw for their first 6 months of employment to help accelerate the earning potential of commissions during ramp-up. Responsibilities: Work closely and collaboratively with clients’ Field Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect plans Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (150+ outbound calls per day) Schedule online and onsite meetings/demonstrations for client Field Sales Representatives Execute on outbound prospecting/business development techniques to consistently hit monthly goals Actively participate in team meetings and weekly trainings Qualifications and Experience: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years’ experience [or relevant internship] in a customer-facing role a plus (training provided) Nice to have: Understanding of the sales development process Persistence to achieve a high volume of outbound activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates The ability to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace Intense motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create meetings Working knowledge of MS Office applications Key attributes: Extremely high energy, driven and dynamic personality – a Hunter mentality Confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player with the highest level of integrity Organizational skills and a results-oriented self-starter attitude A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals About Us: With the ever-increasing demand to optimize sales workforce effectiveness, high tech’s most important companies rely on BAO to execute powerful lead generation campaigns.
