Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree In Technical Communication Or Equivalent Practical Experience.
• 2 Years Of Technical Writing Experience.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience With Databases, SQL, NoSQL, And Cloud Products.
• Experience In A Related Role, Creating Technical Documentation For A Technical Audience, Preferably For Enterprise Cloud Services.
• HTML Or Markdown Skills; Unix Environment Skills.
• Ability To Navigate Ambiguity, Support Multiple Projects, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
• Proven Communication And Team Skills And Strong Initiative.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Working With Engineers And Product Management To Document New Features. • Plan, Design, Write, And Publish Technical Documentation For The Cloud Database Service Including Critical Customer Journeys, Concepts, And Guidelines For How Customers Do Business.
• Work Closely With PMS, Engineers, UX Researchers, And UI Partners To Identify Critical User Journeys And Create Information Architectures That Help Customers Along These Journeys.
• Collaborate With Cloud Database Authors To Continually Improve Practices And Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience.
• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Colleagues To Drive And Prioritize Technical Writing.
• Mentor And Support Other Authors On The Cloud Databases Team.
