We are looking for a leader with strong technical and communication skills to drive product management across our offerings. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that will interact with all levels of AWS leadership. The role requires a customer-centric approach where you'll need to respond with a sense of urgency using your technical and business judgement and effectively communicate with leaders and peers. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical for External Services (PMT-ES) you will be responsible for: • Managing the lifecycle of a technology service product (SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS) used by external engineers and/or IT professionals. • Planning, executing and delivering an externally-facing service, which have a significant impact on the performance of your customers' technologies. • Working closely with and across Agile teams.
