Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Duties • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring effective phone etiquette. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy. • Process transactions, including cash handling, while maintaining accuracy. • Document customer interactions in our system for future reference. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized call center environment. • Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their needs are met. Experience • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes. • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus. • Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
