Duties And Responsibilities: • Monitors and maintains the tray packers to ensure they are operating effectively, including maintaining the correct amount of glue and loading trays correctly • Maintaining the video jet in tip-top shape requires regular upkeep to guarantee that it is always germ-free, contains the proper amount of liquid, codes information correctly, and produces prints that are crisp and legible. • A monitor observes the shrink-wrap machine and adjusts the film roll when necessary. • Serve as a backup for the Packaging Machine Operator, covering their shift when they are not available to ensure the continuity of production processes. • Verify the master shipper's date to guarantee accurate and readable information and address any issues that arise. • Ensuring the appropriate equipment and raw materials are in place for a manufacturing process. • Sustains a neat, healthy, and secure work environment that propels efficiency and productivity. • Cultivates an atmosphere of respect and cooperation that fosters a strong sense of teamwork. • Adheres to a consistent attendance schedule. • Uplift safe work practices and promote GMPs to ensure product quality is maintained while preserving personnel safety and food safety. If any activities or conditions that may harm food safety, product quality or staff safety occur, report them to management immediately • Execute sanitation processes in adherence to department and food safety policies (which may last until the end of your shift). • Refine your equipment maintenance approach by conducting preventative maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting for your extended run fillers, such as Elopack Fillers and Capers Scholle. • Conducting quality and performance checks on tablets requires one to be adept at operating system navigation • The Importance of Ingredient Mixing • Expertise in accurately and efficiently calculating mathematical figures and amounts, including computations related to proportions, ratios, fractions, and percentages. • Guaranteeing the safety and quality of MFI's products is an important responsibility. • Executes comparable tasks and duties as required. • Undertake any further obligations as instructed. Qualifications: The qualifications and experience that are mandatory for this role: • None Required.
