Role Responsibilities  Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.  Maintain clear communication with processors and clients' real estate agents throughout the closing process.  Self-generate loan opportunities through local marketing efforts. Qualifications  Active NMLS Origination License for U.S. states.  Excellent customer service skills and the ability to network and self-promote.  Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.  Experience with loan origination software is a plus.  Relevant certifications and state-specific licenses. Additional Information This position is commission-based. Relevant experience in the mortgage industry and a strong understanding of various loan products will be advantageous.
