About the position The Bilingual Spanish Beauty Advisor position at Sephora involves providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat support. This remote role requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences. The advisor will assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Paid training begins on November 15, 2024, and the role requires adherence to a structured schedule with potential overtime during peak periods. Responsibilities • Respond to client requests/inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries. , • Demonstrate high standards for quality service. , • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. , • Work with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations. , • Maintain open communication with team leads and managers for support and development. , • Document all client interactions accurately in the call center database. , • Adhere to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects. , • Exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management. , • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels. Requirements • 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry. , • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. , • Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume. , • Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred. , • Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools. , • Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum. , • Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings. Nice-to-haves • Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred). , • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred). , • Prior call center experience (1 year required).
