What We’re Looking For We need a Web Design Intern who can spin up clean, effective websites at lightning speed. Whether you’re building landing pages, microsites, or full-blown web apps, your focus will be on quick turnaround without sacrificing clarity or user experience. If you’re the kind of person who loves experimenting with new design tools, works iteratively to perfect layouts, and thrives under tight deadlines, you’ll fit right in here. Key Responsibilities Rapid Website Creation: Design and implement websites that look polished and professional in a short time frame. Template & Asset Development: Build reusable templates and design systems to streamline future web projects. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that designs align with business goals. Optimize for User Experience: Balance aesthetics with simplicity and usability, keeping real estate agents’ needs front and center. Iterate & Adapt: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and performance data.
