Responsibilities • Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support. , • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction. , • Document customer interactions in our support database for future reference. , • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. , • Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their understanding and usage. , • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved. , • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. , • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment. , • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. , • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support. , • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care. , • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. , • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
