Position Overview: We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Representatives. This is an entry-level role, and comprehensive training will be provided. In this position, you’ll work from the comfort of your home, assisting clients with their insurance needs and delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner. Help customers understand and select the insurance plans that best suit their needs. Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our CRM system. Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns. Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction and sales targets.
