Job Overview We are in search of a meticulous and committed Data Processing Technician to become part of a team dedicated to advancing a meaningful mission. Key Responsibilities • Conduct 110-130 daily record merges within the ministry’s CRM system. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of constituent biographical information. • Generate daily activity reports and perform weekly quality control assessments. • Manage sensitive donor data with the highest level of confidentiality and care. Required Skills • Previous experience in data processing is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management is required. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are a must. • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Qualifications • Relevant experience in data processing is required. • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
