Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Apple products, including iPhones, Macs, iPads, and more. This includes software and hardware troubleshooting. Effective Communication: Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to customers with varying levels of technical expertise. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, solutions, and follow-up actions. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues. Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A passion for technology and a strong desire to help customers. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Flexibility to work in a remote, part-time capacity. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
