As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and positive environment for every customer we interact with. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their mobile service and product needs, and helping them discover new devices, plans, and overall services that enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Account Manager: • Build brand awareness and loyalty by engaging with customers directly and professionally. • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from providing product knowledge to ensuring satisfaction with their purchase. • Develop marketing strategies to effectively highlight each product’s benefits. • Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and address how they meet individual needs. • Highlight competitive advantages, promotions, and pricing to build value. • Customize solutions for each customer while maintaining professionalism and rapport. • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and exceed client expectations.
