Crew Member $12-14/hr We’re looking for passionate and fun-loving people to join our team at Popeye's! As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and welcoming environment to enjoy their meal. Benefits • Discounted employee meals during shift • PTO • Flexible scheduling • Career development • Growth Opportunities Job Summary • Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional hospitality • Maintain a clean work environment following safety and sanitation guidelines • Monitor and correct cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, and outside area • Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring the condiment stand, beverage ice levels, and restocking as needed • Monitor stock levels of paper supplies and restock as needed • Prepare and package sandwiches and side items • Assist with putting away food orders and follow FIFO • Bake and dress biscuits • Communicate any problems to the manager, safety, and security Requirements • Friendly and outgoing personality • Dependable and Reliable are a must • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Strong attention to detail • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving and conflict management abilities • A willingness to learn and to grow with the company About us Popeye's is a fast-food restaurant chain known for our famous fried chicken and sides.
