Bilingual Inbound Call Center
About the position The Bilingual Inbound Call Center position is a full-time remote role focused on assisting new and existing patients in scheduling appointments at dental offices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly disposition, and the ability to multitask effectively while handling inbound calls. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient service and maintaining accurate appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities

- Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.

- Accurately schedule and cancel patient appointments, inputting correct patient data into systems.

- Effectively converse in Spanish while entering information into systems in English.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- 1 year of experience using both English and Spanish languages in a professional and/or contact center capacity.

- Basic computer skills.
