[FULL TIME Remote] Inbound Sales Advisor

We could have the job for you! • We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of Virgin Media/O2! • Hourly rate between £11.48 with monthly bonus earning opportunities! • Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Newcastle City Centre & from the comfort of your own home. • Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-10pm Monday to Sunday. As an advisor with Virgin Media/O2, our customers' interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from existing Virgin Media/O2 customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as tech issues, payments, billing & aim to drive sales through great service.
