Key Responsibilities • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat channels. • Deliver accurate and timely information regarding our products and services. • Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs. • Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings. • Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and follow-up. • Summarize customer interactions for review by clients to optimize service delivery.
