Support And Collaboration Our team of educators collaborates closely with the school's Leadership Team, including the Instructional Coach, ensuring continuous student growth and learning. Weekly meetings and ongoing feedback sessions are integral for our collective improvement in instructional practices. Experience Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience with student demographics akin to those in our schools. Education Hold a B.A/B.S degree from an accredited institution. Eligibility for a teaching credential in Special Education, or eligibility for a Provisional Internship Permit/Short Term Staff Permit. Knowledge/Skills Required Dedication to our mission and vision. Commitment to being an inclusive educator fostering anti-racism. Firm belief in students' ability to achieve high academic levels. Strong content knowledge. Excellent rapport-building skills with students, families, and communities. Proficiency in Google Suite applications and the ability to adapt to instructional technology for in-person and remote teaching (e.g., Zoom, Nearpod) in varying environments.
