Key Responsibilities • Manage an extensive travel itinerary for your designated territory, visiting high schools and participating in college and transfer fairs. • Formulate and execute data-driven recruitment strategies, assess their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. • Foster and nurture robust relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. • Provide thorough support and proactive follow-up to prospective students through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to application. • Monitor and evaluate data to assess progress against enrollment targets, managing a budget for recruitment initiatives and ensuring precise data entry into our CRM system. • Engage in virtual recruitment efforts, including online chats, webinars, and virtual fairs, while supporting marketing initiatives and creating engagement through social media. • Assist with special projects, maintain a comprehensive understanding of admissions policies and procedures, and uphold the confidentiality of student information. Required Skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems are highly desirable. • Bilingual capabilities are considered advantageous. Qualifications • A Bachelor's Degree is required. • Prior experience in college admissions, marketing, sales, customer service, or education is preferred, along with a background in remote work and travel.
