Key Responsibilities • Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from customers and patients regarding prescriptions and pharmacy services. • Effectively manage and process medical and prescription claims. • Address questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing. • Assist patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options. Required Skills • A strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization is preferred. • Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions are advantageous. Qualifications • At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment is required. • A verifiable high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
