Key Responsibilities  Monitor parking areas to uphold rules and regulations.  Issue parking citations and assist with vehicle towing as necessary.  Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and guiding customers through parking processes.  Conduct minor maintenance activities, including litter collection and small equipment repairs.  Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all users of the parking facility. Required Skills  Strong customer service and communication abilities.  Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.  Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.  Solid work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service.
