Responsibilities... • Conduct inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels • Schedule virtual appointments with customers via Zoom • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products • Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments • Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have • Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers • Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales or customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite Apply Job!
