Key Responsibilities  Provide individual and family therapy for children in state custody.  Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each child.  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients. Required Skills  In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care and mental health interventions.  Ability to adopt a compassionate and empathetic approach in therapeutic practices.  Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Qualifications  Master's degree in social work or a related discipline.  Licensed or eligible for licensure in social work.  Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in state custody or those with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
