We are now hiring a self-motivated, energetic individual to fill our multi-functional Entry Level Administrative Assistant position! We are one of the leading full-service marketing & client acquisition firms in the Las Vegas area, and we specialize in marketing & sales for a variety of clients through targeted campaigns. We have recently expanded our firm, adding several different divisions, and... suddenly have an opening for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant that must be filled right away! As the Entry Level Administrative Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and assisting and managing our social media profiles and online presence. Entry Level Administrative Assistant Daily Responsibilities: • Assist in recruiting efforts and contact applicants to discuss position details and schedule preliminary interviews with the Senior Hiring Manager • Takes joy in sparking conversation, providing excellent candidate service, and organizing office flow and efficiency • You are a friendly face for the Supreme Concepts'Team and any guest • Manage the applicant tracking system and other internal reports daily • Administer interview reminders, check-ins, and ensure the candidate's wait experience is positive, pleasant, and comfortable • Keep office and hiring managers on schedule • Manage reception appearance and ambiance by keeping the area tidy, clean, and organized • Contribute personal insight during all recruitment meetings regarding a candidate's engagement and attitude while waiting in the reception area • Collect and distribute mail & packages, and replenish office stationery and supplies as necessary • Increase the retainment of candidates through the recruiting process due to creating an exciting first impression of Supreme Concepts • Plan, implement, manage and monitor Supreme Concepts'social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and company marketing efforts Requirements: • Great Positive Attitude! • Energetic and team-oriented • Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail-oriented • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Good working knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook The community that the Supreme Concepts team has built is voraciously inspiring.
