You'll be the friendly voice of Healthcare Firm, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into our software system. This includes details from paper files acquired during company acquisitions and updates to our existing database. • Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed call targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor. • Strong attention to detail, especially when entering data. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Previous experience in outbound calling or data entry is a plus but not required.
