Bank of America Financial Center is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator / Data Collections specialist to join our growing team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to our banking products. You will also assist with data collection efforts, ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and reliable for decision-making processes. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in ensuring the integrity of our data, which supports the operations and strategic initiatives of the company. Responsibilities • Enter and update data efficiently into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy. • Conduct data collection activities, including gathering information from various sources and verifying the validity of data. • Identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits. • Assist in the preparation of reports... and summaries using collected data for internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and implement best practices. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies. • Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred. • Proven experience in data entry, data collection, or a related administrative role. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with database software. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Apply Job!
