If you thrive in a successful, fast-paced environment and you enjoy challenge, please see below to apply POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager will manage the accounting, remote concierge and billing groups for the VillaSport division. They will lead initiative to improve efficiencies and measure performance of the department. They will work closely with the VP divisional Controller in auditing, validating and creating processes with newly implemented club management system. They will need to be organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to successfully handle multiple concurrent duties and assignments with minimal direct supervision. This position regularly handles highly confidential information, credit card and bank account information. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: • Annual salary, based on relevant experience to the role, plus bonus. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Directly supervise staff of 3 • Manage month/ year end close • Manage monthly external finance reporting • Manage annual external audit • Work with business leaders to provide support for projects and initiatives • Review, evaluate and improve accounting processes • Work with VP Divisional controller to define department objectives and monitor key results • Develop and grow department staff • Manage the audit of the • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 -7 years accounting supervision required • Process improvement experience a plus • Highly organized and a self-starter.
