The Sourcing Specialist - Junior Recruiter (remote) searches for Dentists and Dental Hygienists in Florida and Georgia. The successful candidate will have solid experience in implementing sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking sites, and using innovative sourcing tools and strategies to find passive and diverse talent. This individual is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and is instrumental in helping to develop a pipeline of qualified individuals for future and current vacancies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiting partners to develop and understand position requirements.
- Build talent pools by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivating a strong network of passive talent.
- Manage relations with residency programs for General and Specialty Dentists as well as Hygiene Schools.
- Participate in strategy calls.
- Conduct cold calls to Doctors and Hygienists about joining Sage Dental.
- Leverage technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity.
- Promote employer brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting or sourcing; dental experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean operators and creation of search strings, social media applications, and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have personal integrity and accept accountability for actions and decisions.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% to attend dental conferences, career fairs, etc.
