Job Description

As a Call Center Representative at American Express, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries related to their accounts, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will be expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while effectively managing customer interactions.
