Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Support Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll provide both administrative support to the sales team and direct assistance to customers. You’ll help ensure smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with documentation, data entry, and lead tracking
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and file management systems
  • Support follow-ups with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Help prepare forms, templates, and reports as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support the sales process

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or admin assistance preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
