Your Role as a Homecare Nurse: As a Homecare Nurse (RN or LPN/LVN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and following individualized care plans
- Administering medications and performing wound care
- Monitoring patients' conditions and updating care teams
- Educating patients and families on managing conditions
- Offering emotional support and ensuring comfort
- Experience and comfort with Tracheostomy Care
Our goal is to provide compassionate care that enhances the overall health and well-being of our patients. Schedule: Full Time/Weekday/Dayshift Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Experience with G-Tube care
