Project Coordinator*must report to the office 3x/weekJob SummaryPRG is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves administrative office responsibilities, ensuring the execution of outside plant telecommunications construction projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in underground and aerial fiber cable installation. Key tasks include conducting site walkouts, verifying as-built plans, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing permitting processes. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for preparing project documentation, managing material procurement, compiling reports, and coordinating with local municipalities.Key Responsibilities Office Responsibilities:Provide weekly reports to management on construction activityCoordinating and scheduling with cross-functional groupsFollow-up with city municipalities regarding permitting issuesAdministrative duties as neededRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projectsWorking knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programsDesired college degree, but not requiredSkills and abilities:Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needsImpressive ability to organize and prioritize projectsStrong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writingInterested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demandsWork EnvironmentThis role requires you to work a hybrid remote. You will spend a minimum of three days a week at PRG or client offices.
