Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing actionable budgets and forecasts integrated with core business processes, data analysis, internal reporting, and ad hoc requests
  • Communicating financial performance to management through effective presentation and reporting
  • Managing and tracking Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and tailored program performance
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required, including special projects and analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, and planning, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals
  • Identifying and resolving complex financial issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Creating analytical tools and reports to support financial decision-making and program performance tracking

  • Experience with EVM reporting and analysis tools
  • Strong interpersonal, written, analytical and verbal communications skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool kit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter/motivated individual.
  • Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
Desired skills
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Large data analytical skills and tools knowledge such as Tableau, Cost systems (SAP, COBRA, etc.) knowledge/experience
  • Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking skills, Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to build strong work relationships and balance tasks in a competing priority and deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
