- Work closely with clients to coordinate travel arrangements for events, including lodging, transportation, and activities
- Research destination options, availability, and group accommodations to meet client needs
- Manage reservations using booking platforms and vendor tools
- Ensure accurate itinerary documentation and communication with clients and service providers
- Monitor travel regulations and vendor policies that may impact bookings
- Provide timely and professional client support before and during scheduled events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating group travel or events is preferred
- Proficient with digital tools, online booking systems, and document management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
- Must be 18 years or older
