RESPONSIBILITIES As a Producer, you will be closely involved with our client teams on day-to-day texting production and reporting, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality results across all aspects of our texting program, including: Building, scheduling, and analyzing both peer-to-peer and broadcast texting campaigns Managing weekend texting programs, including A/B testing and expanded targeting based on return on ad spend Creating and updating performance trackers, and using those results to optimize ongoing and future sends Communicating fundraising results with clients and providing recommendations based on performance Generating shortlinks and tracking click-through rates Proofreading scripts and checking shortlink redirect chains Coordinating with project managers to monitor, modify, and implement client send calendars Exploring new technology options and platforms to find new and innovative ways to help clients reach their goals REQUIRED SKILLS People with all experiences, backgrounds, and interests can excel at this position. But here are a few traits most successful Producer candidates will bring to the table: Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational and quantitative skills, and meticulous attention to detail Comfort exploring and working in new technology platforms Curiosity about new and better ways to do your work and interest in developing innovative solutions to help our clients reach their goals PREFERRED SKILLS While not required, we will look favorably on candidates who have experience with any of the following: Political advocacy CRMs such as NGPVAN/EveryAction ActBlue or other political fundraising platforms Peer-to-peer or broadcast texting tools, including Hustle, ThruText, Spoke, and Tatango Political data services such as L2, Catalist, TargetSmart, or Aristotle Shortlink services like Bit.ly, Rebrandly, or Capsulink SALARY & BENEFITS The salary expectation for this role is $70,600.
