Remote - New Product Sourcing Specialist

New Product Sourcing Specialist - Remote Kelly Services is currently seeking a New Product Sourcing Specialist for one of our top clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Required:

• Supply Chain Sourcing experience.
• Experience with RFI/RFP process.
• Experience with Supply Agreements, Contract Manufacturing, contract negotiation.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• 3 years of experience in medical devices industry.

Preferred:

• 4. Experience with e-sourcing tools e.g., Keelvar.
• 5. Experience with Supplier Risk Management.
• 6. Knowledge of NPD projects workflows.
• 7. Experience with Service and Repair contracts.

Description:

• Lead and manage Market Engagement Processes MEPs events through an e-sourcing platform by translating product development requirements into sourcing inputs and coordinating the end-to-end execution of MEP events.
• Engage and support suppliers throughout the MEP, presenting the NPD project, facilitating regular touchpoints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address supplier inquiries and ensure alignment with project needs and timelines.
• Participate supply chain project review meetings, track action items to ensure timely completion, and communicate directly with suppliers on a weekly basis
• Support and coordinate with R D and Supply Chain launch management teams
• Work with project team to track timeline from when an order is placed through delivery.
• Assess schedules/timelines
